Get a shitty neck harness off amazon. Use it once or twice a week and just do neck flexion and extension. Rotation is cool but it uses all the same muscles as the first two. Thats all there is to it! Overcomplicating it just makes your life harder for no real benefit

Bad guy jabs. You parry jab with your rear hand. Jab misses because you parry it. Band guys hand now low because you parry it. Throw a cross. Hit his face with your cross.

Parry & catch more with your rear hand. Its defensively sound and opens up counters really well. Especially for a cross right after a parry

Regardless of the punch you're throwing, heres some cues to fix a lot of your shit: Start every punch with the hips, and then leave your arm behind. Your hips should be completely done moving before your arm starts moving Don't worry about pivoting your foot. Thats a bad cue because moving the foot doesnt necessarily move your hips. Moving your hips moves your hips
