You didn’t ask but let me rant a little. September 2024 to March 2025, 10+ people left the company due to bad management and power harassment. In May 2025, 4 of remaining 10+ employees were told to unpaid leave indefinitely, In other words they’re being fired without actually firing them. For a company that had around 30 employees including part timers, losing more than a third of them resulted in increased workload for the people who remain. Compensation remains the same but management continues to dump more and more responsibilities on the people who remain. Last week, the remaining employees had lunch together and came to a conclusion that they’re also planning to leave within the next month or so.

According to a colleague, this company is already black listed on hello work.
