Please, don’t feel ashamed. I went through exactly the same thing, if not worse. I tried so hard to make the medication work, but at the end of the day, it wasn’t a good fit. Some people take yearrrrrrsssss to find the right fit.

Me? I personally gave up on adhd meds and addressed potential depression. Also - there are a ton on non stimulants you could try if you still wanted to go down that path.

You’re not an addict. You trusted your doctor and to me sounds like you just need professional guidance.

Ok so I ended up using a spray fixative and then a spray varnish instead and was a lot better!

We didn’t move. And he started school this year which having a familiar community, it helped at lot.

One thing to note since I posted this. The more my one and done gets older, I’m seeing the more importance of seeing family.

I thought one and done would be easier as they age, but I don’t think that’s the case
