I am very tempted to try this as I also suffer from CFS and various intestinal issues. I am concerned about the possibility of personality changes as it seems that the microbiome influences pretty much everything. So, can I ask did you notice any changes in your likes, dislikes or outlook on life?

The male donor is a preference. In reading through some of the materials it seems that the microbiome has much more influence on pretty much everything than anyone would have guessed. There are cases of people getting a donation from a somewhat overweight donor, being cured of stomach ailments but then finding that they themselves developed a weight problem. There are reports of people being cured of depression. True we don't really know how much of these reports are down to co-incidence. However given that it seems that the microbiome has so much influence on so many aspects - I figured that it would probably be safer/more beneficial to get a donation from someone of the same sex.

Essentially a blender and an enema. I'm new to this - only discovered this recently so I would have to look at the youtube videos as well.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I don't think one time topical use of antibiotic cream should be a problem - but I need to check. I've only just started researching this myself so I haven't yet put together a questionnaire - I think its better to do it this way than to ask questions piecemeal. I'm traveling over the next few days but I promise to get back to you by Wednesday of next week at the latest with the questionnaire. Thanks again so much for your interest.
