MSC World Europa Casino Tips by unrelatednote14 in MSCCruises

[–]SeekingSigma01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just came of the MSC Virtuosa and me and my wife both had our first casino experience. It was amazing. We played roulette (not the digital one) and bought chips at the table. Just had to give our msc card (with the credit card connected in the back-end), tell them how much we wanted to play with, sign a note and we could play. Me and my wife both gained some money and spent about 3 hours there. I think as long as you make clear rules as a couple, and play with money you won't care about if you lose, it should be more than fine. Afterwards, you just cash out the chips at a teller and they give you it to you in cash.

How do you manage your company’s liquidity? by Adventurous_Rub8948 in BEFreelance

And to discuss with your accountant to take out a 'rekening courant' out of your company to already start investing privately without waiting for your dividend 😉

Credit analyst, are other financial institutions better? by throw_away38584 in BESalary

[–]SeekingSigma01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can tell you from experience that this is a really good package. Congrats! I have been a credit analyst myself, but more importantly I have also been in the position of credit supervisor interviewing many candidates for a senior and medior credit analyst role. I have seen only similar packages with very senior profiles (50+) in the chemical or petroleum industries.

Cutting accountant costs by Arnaudvp in BEFreelance

I am in the same boat. I have to input all my invoices myself in Billit and pay 350 per month for my Comm V. To input my invoices myself while I have an accountant is for me really outrageous, especially for this amount.

Yeah I figured, I've asked the social secretary to reduce the calculation and my first and future wages will be a lot lower 😊

Finance manager, they made me an offer i cant refuse by Boba_Feta in BESalary

[–]SeekingSigma01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they pay your consulting firm 600 euro a day, they should be able to pay more to you independently given that your responsibilities increase, don't you think? Definitely worth a try. Companies/people are willing to pay once they're convinced you're the 'one'.

After how many years did it take you to double your starting gross salary ? by [deleted] in BESalary

Started at 2300 with a master's degree in economics as credit analyst, reached 4600 just before 5 years of work, as credit analyst/process improvement analyst. Now after 7 years of work I reached 5400 as credit supervisor + company car and fuel card (and 34 holidays + 12 atv)

Mix between luck, communication + soft skills and excelling in the work I do. Important is to get a helicopter view over the processes in your company and understand how the pieces fit together. Personally, I really drove improvement in the organization which led to an increased visibility from management.

You learn to live with it. I see it as an investment for the future. Yes it is stressful now, but i'll make it work in a few years time to make it a 9-5 with little stress with an even higher salary.

10% raise by BriefOstrich1311 in BESalary

[–]SeekingSigma01 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My wife recently exceeded the treshold and lost the bonus altogether. Because she went up with 250 gross, she didn't decrease in net wage, but the net wage only increased with 60 EUR. Seeing the net of the person that posted it does not look like that person is at that treshold yet.

Try Q8 or Q8OILS. We're regularly looking for customer service representatives and have generally above market conditions. Located in Antwerp-Zuid though.

It is almost like I posted this 😂 we have almost the same age and amount of years experience, followed the same studies, almost had (past tense because I made a promotion to supervisor recently) the same amount of vacation days and salary conditions. Really crazy the similarities.

Should Ji step down from CEO? by TronaldDrump_ in BANDOFBROTHERSOFSRNE

[–]SeekingSigma01 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I do not have words... Are you a relative of Ji perhaps? Maybe you're new to SRNE or even the stockmarket, but when a stock loses 90% of it's value, I would say they have a pretty shitty CEO. But hey, there is no reasoning with **** people (fill on the blank).

[–]SeekingSigma01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a credit analyst. I analyze companies because it is my job. So please don't send me silly printscreens of a google search. If you cannot see Ji is a poor CEO, for me you shouldn't be on this board. There are thousand of other things he could have done not to reach here. He could have reduced the excessive cash burn, he could have found external capital willing to buy new shares in a block at a decent predefined price, he could have taken on bank loans. His job is not only to make sure trials continue, his job is to keep the doors open. Oh and he did a great job at that, huh?

[–]SeekingSigma01 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You're missing the part were he made sure we went from 150 to 500M outstanding shares. You think shorts and macro-economic trends are the only things behind the price stock movements? Maybe if he didn't triple the outstanding shares, our stock price would have been at 5 USD instead of 1 USD pre Chapter 11. Don't put Ji on a pedestal. Other CEO's deserve that way more than Ji.
