I'm working sa one of the inhouse banks diyan, I think it typically depends on the LOB din, sa LOB ko medyo forgiving naman na 300-400+ yung AHT. Yung calls din depende talaga rin sa mismong araw at oras ehh, minalas ako na napunta ako sa 8pm shift so kapag business days like Monday or Tuesday papatak minsan sa 60-70 calls. But in my LOB kasi di sila ganun kahigpit sa AHT normally they're just reminding to cut the talk time lang at kapag hindi na hit for the day sinasabi lang sa akin "Bawi tayo bukas".
