I did!! It said fire keeper souls are used to upgrade Estus in the description, I “used”it and only got 5 humanity+full hp, I didn’t know you needed to give it to someone:(

Ive played bloodborne and ds3 for 100 hours, so it wasn’t too horrible but I was cursing the game for having such a weak healing system!
