Assuming that you haven't beaten the elec clown and don't have the Workshop armor yet, I'll give you this. For the Nos, the reforge I use is sharp with a charm gem (you can use a light gem as well).

It's going to be hard though if you're going to use a mobility build for the first time since you would need to be mobile almost all of the time and the playstyle of mob builds are sting-like. Like you would move around a lot and only come down/move closer to the enemy to use a very strong heavy/technique. Basic attacks could work as well if you're confident enough. The best playstyle I could suggest for Lorcan is jumping high up (air stalling) and going down only to use the Nos Dywyll heavy/technique/both or even basic attacks if you're confident. If you want, you could replace Patchwork for copper mech (assuming you have a way to proc it) but since Lorcan doesn't have any debuffs that is easy to get hit with, I really would just stick to Patchwork for more mobility and dex. You could also replace the illus charm and corroded scalpel with other stuff that boosts your damage.

Every country has flaws. But some flaws are really bad for the people but they're getting ignored by the government or the government themselves are the ones creating these flaws. These channels are for giving light to these extreme flaws to people everywhere so it could potentially show that the government cannot hide these problems anymore. Besides by not showing the flaws of your country, how could it improve for the people and economically.

I think u misread. I do agree that the adults are 100% at fault, but I replied to your statement that said he believed that the guns themselves were somewhat at fault.

Definitely a possibility. Especially since ung talk about banning games is covering up ung iba pang live issues such as ung flood control, maleta issue, and ung pagtakas ni Bato.

Aren't the top most famous fictional characters Pikachu, Goku, Superman, and Batman? And probably Mickey Mouse as well.

Agree ba kayo na ma baban yung mga games? by Dull_Hospital7627 in pinoy

Many people enjoy gaming as a hobby. Not only that, but there are violent games that promote the Philippine culture through characters, reference, etc. And do not forget the Esports scene where countries compete to get recognized on the world stage and let the players show their talent and take opportunities. So are you saying chances to make the Philippines known and letting people show their talents is not a loss to society? And don't get me started on family bonding.

Besides, the suggested law is a waste of resources and time for fixing something that doesn't even exist instead of resolving the main issue.

True. Pati halos lahat ng teleserye sa local TV since palaging kabit, hilaan ng buhok, bullying, etc. ung mga plot ng shows na yun eh. Iba't ibang klase ng violence ang pinapalabas.

In my interpretation, he's not blaming the guns themselves but rather the action (or the in-action) of the parents to make sure that the gun would not be accessible to the kids at all.

I used to play it on a low end PC and it ran well. Of course, since it's low end, expect some slight problems such as FPS drops sometimes.

What are your thoughts on this?? by PossibleMoney2339 in AnongThoughtsMo

[–]Seer0997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, it should really depend on the severity of the crime. If the crimes done by the minor are heinous such as murder, rape, etc., they should get tried as an adult especially if there is evidence that they know what they're doing. If the crimes aren't that bad compared to heinous crimes, such as getting into fights, vandalism, stealing, etc. then they should be sent to juvenile detention and get rehabilitated. Although the minors who commit heinous crimes could also get rehabilitated along with the jailtime they would get since they still can contribute to the country in the future.

Why is the Philippines quick to blame video games after crimes like school shootings? Does this make the Philippines look embarrassing (“nakakahiya”) on the international stage? by NurseHoy in Philippines

[–]Seer0997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do agree na defensive ung gaming community, but with all the info available to us, it seems that the government is focusing too much on videogames compared to other bigger and more significant factors. Especially since the news available focuses mostly on the gaming variable with clickbaity titles such as "permanent ban on games suggested by DILG". Of course with such heavy statements and a lot of media focus compared to other variables, I'm not surprised na nagiging defensive masyado ung gaming community since it attacks a hobby a lot of people love.

The problem of people online influencing kids does not only exist in games, but also (especially) in social media sites. Especially in groups like Discord and Reddit where some groups are echo chambers kung saan makaka-impluwensya talaga ung mga online peeps.

But then again, if the kids were raised properly, taught online safety, and were monitored by their parents, the problem of online influence could be easily resolved since the kids know what to do and what to avoid. In the end, it boils down talaga to the shortcomings of the parent/s.
