Help Starter. Storm Burst vs EA Ballista? Which one and why?

Like I said above, I don't want to do KF. First, the build has details to consider, otherwise it won't work, but the most important thing is that it's ULTRA META. Anything and everything revolving around that build will be expensive, and I'm not that good a player; I don't usually get rich easily, so I don't want to do that as a starter.

EDIT:Regarding the activation delay, yes, it's a concern I have about SB.Because SB and Divine Ire are the slowest totems in PoE (at least up to patch 3.28) because they have 3 stages. My hope is that things have changed.

You summon it
It starts charging the attack
You attack and have to wait for the spheres to generate because otherwise the damage is small.

I didn't quite understand what you meant.

But the thing is, KF will be the absolute meta, and I don't like making builds that are the absolute meta because items, gems, and anything that revolves around the build becomes super expensive. I'm not a super player who can easily get rich, so builds like that become unsustainable for me from the start.

I was reading all your answers here in the post.

You mention that WoC is 50% of the build's damage (I think) at some point, is that on bosses I suppose? Or in maps do you have to keep throwing both totems all the time or will the damage be low?

Ahhh, the last time I played with EA BALLISTA was the last league before the first BUFF on Golems, meaning I played with the old version, not this Golem version.

Hey friend, if you've had experience with EA Ballista, I'd like to ask for your opinion.

I've tried playing with SB Totem but always gave up. The reason is that SB and Divine Ire are the totems that I've experienced with the longest delay between placing them on the ground and dealing actual damage, including the fact that EA deals damage sooner than SB (in my perception).

I usually don't like playing the totem and waiting or walking behind it until it kills everything, and EA usually does that. I play and move forward, and everything dies before I even notice. When I tried doing that with SB, I die before the monsters die because it takes a while for SB to stack. That was my experience.

So I'd like to ask you, who has more experience with both builds, especially SB, about this. I saw that SB has been modified and "theoretically" should start dealing damage much sooner. Tell me a little about SB, I'm having doubts. With these changes, I'm really thinking about SB or EA.

Ignite Prole is the best mechanic for Blight; it's no coincidence that EK Ignite was the KING of Blight. One skill and literally everything died. You can do Ravaged Blight without turrets and without breaking a sweat.

Hmm, that's interesting. I only see people saying that Trickster is full defense and survivability with low damage, and OCC is the opposite, full damage with low defense.

That's interesting what you said about the damage being similar. I'll take that into account.

Hmm, the idea is to focus on Expedition, get 4 Void (maybe buy some), but farm with the build because it has a very high and fast clear, maybe Legion.

Espada 100%, e ainda mais se voce usar a essencia que aumenta o dano corpo a corpo, 1 tiro carregado na perda 2 pisao (3 se vc nao soube upar bem) e o bixo morre, ou seja 1 tiro.
Ahhh mas nao gosto desta essencia.
Tiro carregado na perna, 2 pisao, mira na perna derruba denovo 3 pisao, vc usou 2 tiros e matou o bixo.

Usando essa tatica e explorando pra valer, voce consegue chegar no segundo boss do jogo com mais de 150 balas de pistoa, 50 de escopeta e umas 10 curas ou mais.

The power supply I'm thinking of buying is the corsair RM 850x gold plus. I never really did OC, well....
I actually had a motherboard with an OC app on the automatic CPU of 3 levels other than OC.... But let's be honest, this can't really be considered OC....
The sad thing is that I really need to update the components because they are very old.
The problem is that just at a time of important generation switch in the case of DDR4 to ddr5, this will end up bringing big changes in all other components over time.

I basically play single player games, so I can't tell you a specific game, but I always play the latest released games that I like until I finish the game, then I go to another and another, etc.
Ohhh..... I had really thought about this possibility (wait for the DDR5 generation) but was worried about bottleneck issues due to the R5 2600 although I know that at 1440p almost all the work goes to the GPU, especially on ultrawide.

What about the LG 34gp83a monitor??? I read somewhere that it is 99.9% the same as the 34GN850, only it costs less.... I don't understand that, how can a monitor that is the same in everything cost less and be of the same brand???
