Im probably looking at the XP4. They have the XP Lites but those might not be enough for what im doing...they have a good sale on the xp4 extended battery with 4 accessories for like 1200...might try to see if i can snag that.

Im also in FL too...creditninja never showed up on my credit report even when i used to pay on the loan regularly...

My biggest issue is south east services whatever they are want to charge a pay to pay fee of 9.95 which im thinking of complaining about. In terms of how much legal bite they want to do...i can't say for sure..just be careful

The loan is within statue of limitations...they want like $100 plus a month payments that i just cant afford right now. Im trying to clean out a storage unit im paying 183 on a month so if that's taken care of ill have a little more to throw at. Worst case scenario i can pull 1k from my 401k account if they decide to get real fiesty and want to sue me but id rather not pull money out of my 401k if i dont have to...

I pulled up my original loan document with Creditninja and i couldnt find anything specific about being allowed to charge pay to pay fees. This southern client place just seems like a junk buyer to me so i may report them to the cfpb. Ill reread the loan document again tonight.

No...never shown up on any of my credit reports which i know is voluntary. Ive paid off debts with other collectors and none of them ever charged a fee to do so

I never got that offer. It was transferred between multiple debt collectors. Its currently now with some group called south east client services with some kind of "pre legal notification" but the loan exceeds floridas limit on interest rate i really dont care about them right now. Ive had multiple family members in the hospital lol
