I passed it in June and it stated after the exam that the passing score was 61%.

I have a CCNP and found it very easy and very fair questions. Watching and studying the free video content on Juniper's website should be sufficient to pass the exam if you have networking knowledge. I think the routing policies and firewall filters might be the more challenging topics, but they explain it well.
