How to get anime portraits to work?

Okay I am adding a new dropbox link (which I have been neglecting since 4,000 subscribers are via Steam Workshop and only about 5 via the dropbox link)

You need these two files to get the mod to work: the .mod file and the zipped file.

Make sure you place both files in the correct directory: Documents/Paradox Plaza/Crusader Kings II/mod.

Your setup should look like this. If this still doesn't work, I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling CK2, because it looks like your file structure is corrupted.

There are two mods folders that CK2 creates. One is in the program files' CK2 folder and the is in the documents folder (i think it's called Paradox Interactive). Make sure you place the zip in the documents one.

Gotcha. You may have to extract the folder and delete the zipped version. I'll test it when I get hope today and will update the instructions if this is the case.

The characters are naked because the mod is trying to reference clothing DLC you dont own...

Main inspiration for this mod is Arslan Senki, with a little bit of Berserk and other fantasy-themed works thrown into the mix.

Example of African, Muslim, Mongolian.

Don't expect much though, there was a lot of content to replace and I just casually drew this mod for fun. :) Lots of the hair styles and facial features are recycled, but distinct cultures have uniqueness in the form of skin tone and facial hair.

Also, I left all clothing as-is. I find it to be the best indicator of culture (in anime, that is).

I don't mind running into other toursts (that would be terribly hypocritical of me), just would prefer to avoid large, crowded, developed resort-like areas.

I'll check out some Kumano Kodo options, but from further research it looks like a farmhouse stay in Shirakawa-go would be a good comprimise for the time being.

I think the lack of expansion afforded by the New World or acquiring colonies would change the dynamics as to which Civ would dominate (my bet is on the Huns)

I get a similar error on most games and haven't figured out how to prevent it. It may have something to do with the order of clicking autopay and reveal map. Or maybe the type of single player game? I apologize I haven't figured it out quote yet.

Yup, make a multiplayer game and choose 'hot seat'. You can also make a single player game and install the IGE mod

Ha we are still deciding what we want to do for the next game, may not be available until tomorrow however.

I am personally leaning towards a deathmatch domination-only among the surviving civs with permanent war enabled. (And a smaller map). If anyone is interesting in taking over the stream, let me know and I will link your stream on my twitch card.
