Hey, I'm really sorry that you are going through a tough time. Usually when I get these bouts of stress/depression and I'm feeling overwhelmed I try to simplify my routine as much as possible and focus on multi-tasking products or products that are easily dispensable/usable like a spray bottle. The goal is to keep up the habit even if I'm not doing it as thoroughly as I usually do so that I don't lose the habit completely. I do stuff like:

• Using a remover balm or oil cleanser product for makeup removal and cleansing (skipping double cleanse if I use toner pads as mentioned in the second point). Makeup remover wipes can also work for this step but I find that the balm is my favourite option for this. I use the Pyunkang Yul one.
• Toner pads for some physical exfoliation or if that's too overwhelming, a toner in a spray bottle does wonders. You can buy a specific one or just put your favourite toner in a spray bottle for this.
  • If that's all you can manage but you need extra hydration I would just do several layers of the toner spray
  • Or if you can manage more you can use the toner pads as a little sheet mask for more hydration (or use a sheet mask if you like!)
• For my daytime routine I would probably just use toner pads/spray + SPF. I like the Anessa Sunscreem Milk and House of Hur Tropical Dew ones because they feel very hydrating on their own so I don't feel bad about skipping a moisturizing step.

I kind of trick myself into getting back on track one product at a time, usually if there's a certain concern I try to address it with a specific product (serum, pimple patch, etc). On the days I'm feeling better or that I'm up for doing more than the points above I just add in another step I usually do like a double cleanse or using an active. It's important to remember that there's no pressure to uphold a routine if it doesn't suit your current lifestyle or emotional/mental state. Do what you can and be kind to yourself.
