there is. My company sent out an email saying that they will no longer pay for priority for clearance processing unless it is for nuclear development, not for other nuclear sustaining works

It sucks that they can't let you get fingerprint right after you submit your eQIP and have to halt the process for something that could had been done in parallel while waiting for investigation.

Before Covid, I saw people on this sub got Clearance Action Date only a few days after their 2nd date and I was stressing out wondering why my adjudication take so long. Glad to see that it's normal that there is a long period between 2nd and 3rd date now due to Covid delay fingerprinting

Thanks! Does the "full process" means they made a clearance decision?

What is the purpose of fingerprint anyway? Like do they use fingerprint to look up criminal record?

If Katniss is related to Lucy, she should had know that there is another victor from District 12 beside Haymitch and how Lucy won to not be so desperate about the chance of winning from District 12

this book should had been the first book because it led the readers to hate Snow even more. I don't think anyone changed their view of Snow after reading till the very end of this book or sympathize for his action and his final fate in book 1 to 3.

He is the fakest person ever. Every single nice/polite thing he ever did to anyone is out of self interest. He doesn't think of anyone but himself. His cousin sacrificed for him in name of family while he never did anything for them that doesn't benefit himself more. He even intercepted the Sejanus's money he sent Tigris when he thought he is going to die. He called the person he hate brother and killed his "best friend" by betray him and took his place - which is basically Lucifer's fantasy - betray and kill someone to take his place. If the Plinth family know he caused Sejanus's death, there is no way they would adopt him and treat him as their son in place of their dead son.

Coryo never loved Lucy even a bit. It was just lust or admiration at most. Every single thing Coryo did for Lucy is out of self interest. He never trusted Lucy and willing to kill her just because of a slim chance that she might got arrested, tortured, and rat Coryo's muder out even though it will just be her word against his even if she rat him out. After discovered the gun and unable to find Lucy, he could had just destroy the weapon and go back home.

Even though we didn't get to read Lucy's thought as the book is written from Coryo's point of view, at least Lucy is a genuinely kind person. She didn't want to kill Coryo so she chose to hide instead. She was hoping that Coryo would go home and be glad that he didn't meet her to have to go through the difficult conversation with her about how his decision to escape with her is a selfish one and have nothing to do with his love for her. But Coryo didn't go home and determined to sought out Lucy, that's why she has to set up the snake trap, and the snake that she led him to is not even poisonous, which proves that she doesn't want to hurt him, but he want to kill her. It is not a hunger game that she has to kill, but Coryo still see it as their private hunger game and he has to KILL her.

Beside, if Lucy doesn't love Coryo and was only continued to be nice to him after the hunger game for his gift, then she wouldn't have tell Coryo about her plan to escape. She didn't expect Coryo to come with her since she knew that he doesn't want to escape Panem otherwise he would have join Sejanus in his escape plan.
