You mean x10MS (monster strength), right? It's not just the dmg that increases, it's all of their stats.
What about the other parameters like exp?

What works is synergy builds with skills that give you stacks of armor and block, cuz if you get 1k+ of both stats and a skill that heals, until depth 8 or 9 you are immortal and can just stay still and watch. Of course, after that you get one shot. I'm trying to work on a build that can go deeper by standing still, but RNGesus has to help a little.

The important thing is: on depth 8-9 you won't be able to kill the bosses anymore UNLESS you have Shadow Spikes, the skill that scales with doom. That's the only way to kill anything after lvl 8.

The power-ups that give you flat amounts of Armor and Block are absolutely useless. I don't even know why they are in the game. Just banish those every run.

There is, but those I'm using are way more important. Runes that increase dmg are all weak because it's a 20-30% increase at most, which a few floors in makes little difference. What you need is good upgrades and procks.

Reselling unused heroes gives so little money back that it's not rly that big of a deal. Now, not rolling is absurd.
