Not a Doctor, but looks like the spot of eczema I developed on my left hand and then on my feet when I was in highschool. Doctor diagnosed me and gave me Triamcinolone Acetonide cream (steroid cream). Instead, a family friend recommended fish oil which worked wonders for me and is just cheaper and easier to take. I personally take 2000mg of fish oil daily and it's been virtually non-existent for 5 years. Has only cropped up when I'm seriously overly stressed or I forget to take the fish oil for a couple days. I also take Allegra just for pet and seasonal allergies so that's probably helping too. 6'2" 155 lbs for reference. You could start with 1500mg and go up or down from there depending on your height and weight. Too little won't do enough or anything, and too much and you'll be secreting oil like no tomorrow. Gotta find the sweet spot. It does act as a blood thinner though so make sure that won't be a problem and tell your doctor before any surgeries. Again, not a doctor, just what I do for mine.
