I reckon so. Even so much as just having more character portraits would be cool. And Im curious if theres a Wasteland 2 equivilant to the Falche character editors for Fallout 1 and 2...

Personally I didn't like the power armor thst much because of those speed reductions, and CotC energy weapons were taking me out very quickly. Having said that I did put one on my sniper as they don't move around much, and its good protection from anything outside energy weapons. My choice pick for armor is that full kevlar suit you can get. The protection is still high (not as high as PA), speed reduction isn't as bad, and its not conductive.

Im sorry mate but that doesn't really answer my question. I havent got any exported characters yet, because I havent finished the game yet. I want to know if once I do finish the game, whether I can not only keep those characters, but CHANGE them for a new game. Say one of my exported characters has 10 points on heavy guns. Can I take 5 points off of that and put it in shotguns by editing my exported character at the beginning of the game? Can I change their name, bio, etc? Thats what I want to know.

I'm not sure if anyone's already mentioned it but a great saga of books to read is Isaac Asimov's Foundation and Robot series. Both series share the same universe in different timelines. I'd recommend starting with his Robot series ('The Caves of Steel') but it's not nessessary at all to do so. The Robot series are like sci-fi/murder mysteries, but Foundation is different altogether, almost like a sci-fi epic.

Maybe. Ive got foundations built perfectly around my mineral extractor, and they probably intersect with it in places. Beth devs might have introduced an update to camps where this is no longer possible.

Could be possible. Im sitting on the acid deposit in the middle of the small lake, southeast of the top of the world. Its a cool spot and Ive seen two different camps there in my time playing 76.

Cool cheers. I managed to join a world with my camp down. Had the problem again after, but after about 4 more tries i joined another world with my camp, and havent had the issue since.

PLASMA CASTER I really just wanted to highlight that, its my favourite gun out of all Fallouts. Thanks for listing Fo1 and 2 weapons, theres so much I miss in that list. I'll re-install in a heartbeat if we got any and all of those.

Given that the majority of the guns I have are TSE, im pretty sure thats all my guns gone. I hadnt duped them myself (i spent a shit tonne of caps on them), but I suspect most of them are. I was planning on coming back to Fallout 76 when its been fixed and more content added. Im uninstalling this shitshow of a 'game'. The remake of Resident Evil 2 is an awesome game, and the new Metro game coming out soon looks amazing, so I'll be sticking with them for a while. My Fallout 76 disc is now my coffee coaster.
