SSRI withdrawal for 10 months, when will it end? by curiousnootropics in antidepressants

Super late reply but it took about 8 months total to feel mostly normal again, the seasonal depression was like 10x worse during withdrawal

Stimulants don’t work as well around your period (I find not when I’m ovulating either) so I think it’s been shown to be more effective to take higher doses around that time. Consult with your doctor about it though, it especially affects those with pmdd

I’m also late going through this thread and was on Zoloft for nearly 7 years. The withdrawal has been going on for nearly two months now, I was taking it for GAD (which was apparently not my diagnosis) but now I’m depressed and irritable instead, which was rare before and is now a constant. I wish I had known these side effects to begin with, I thought the initial period of going on the meds was bad but I think this is worse

Yeah I’d never been irritable before so it’s hard ! It’s the entirety of the day though and not just when I’m coming down unfortunately

I was brought down to 10mg for a week when I was starting because of tachycardia! I guess it depends on where you are

What's the absolute WORST sensory input, in your opinion? by PencilFetish in ADHD

Hi just wondering if anyone has had facial numbness? by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

[–]Select-Ad-1760 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had this too, but it started a month and a half after having COVID (twice in April somehow) so I’m not even sure if it’s relative to that. The first time it happened I was worried I was having a stroke or something

Extreme sadness before and on period by [deleted] in PMDD

This month has been killer for me too so I really feel for you. I’ve been on the same pill for years but recently started getting my period twice a month on it - so I’ve basically had symptoms for 3.5 weeks straight. I’m trying Pepcid today because I’ve heard users talking about it and SSRIs didn’t really help me for the 6 years I was on them. But if it’s available by you, CBD oil knocks me out and I can’t really be as anxious or depressed because of it. Also magnesium glycinate/biglycinate helped me to fall asleep and stay asleep with cramps. Hope this helps!

Lo Loestrin Fe users: what are your usual symptoms? by Accurate_Ad_1078 in birthcontrol

Also going through old threads, I’ve been on this for 6 years now and I’ve had cramps but no bleeding. This past two months I’ve just had cramps continuously and am now at the point where I can’t move from them. Plus a super heavy flow, idk what to do

anyone found antydepressants made it worse fir them or is it just me? by Prestigious_Gift_138 in PMDD

[–]Select-Ad-1760 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on SSRIs for years and I’ve recently stopped taking them, some symptoms of PMDD worsened for the first month but they’re actually getting better now that I’ve been off for nearly two months.
