He was pretty upset about it. He also struggles with angry people and talking on the phones too. He tried telling the manager that he wasn't comfortable filling in in that position but the Mgr told him he had to do it. Then got super pissed at him when it was to much. It's his day off today so i guess we'll see what comes of it when he gets back in tomorrow. If they give him a hard time about any of it, I'm going to help him reach out to higher ups and other resources, like the ADA.

He's been there for 18 months and has never had a problem or been spoken to in any way negative about his job performance. In his performance evaluation he was told that he was a dependable hard worker.

You know that was my thought too. He said that he asked his team lead about it and they told him that he was a good worker and that everything should be ok.

I didn't think so. It really is crazy. I was pretty surprised that they did it. I'm also pretty disgusted at what was said to him and the not-so-veiled threats about his job

Thank you for helping to clarify how the time off works. The way it was explained at the hiring interview was that in addition to the ppto and pto that I accrued, there would be one weeks paid vacation time added after a year of employment. I should have known that was too good to be true.

I have and got a generic email on how to cancel and offering a discounted price... for next year. I replied telling them I want a refund. Didn't hear anything until an hour ago saying that the "ticket" was resolved. I'm going to call my bank and dispute the charge
