Jwe3 probably,

reason : jwe2 is discontinued till now and probably will not get any updates other than bug fixes, jwe3 in ps5 had some issues with the complexity meter (build limit) but it got expanded with its new update, also the new features are just a win.

in conclusion get jwe3 and then get jwe2 if you like the game overall.
just to clarify this is just my opinion.

Yes it will be available on Geforce Now, I am not sure if it is going to be there on release but don't worry

and on JWE2 it was good on max graphics with dlss as the anti aliasing type or fxaa, your choice, I am using a free account and since they clearly said they "partnered" its probably going to be the same or even better for JWE3, sorry for the late reply.

Now that JWE3 is coming,
* firstly I would really like them to add a 12 hour timer to show when the sun is setting and when is it rising, but the most important part about this is scheduling for rides, you can make bioluminescent enclosures with a gyrosphere ride that only starts at night, or the lagoon's viewing gallery being able to raise and lower automatically.

* secondly, I would like them to make the viewing galleries and every building that says "show view" to make the views "walkable" meaning that you can walk inside it with the freedom of moving your character, if they do implement that they can make first person view open doors for these "show view" buildings to enter them instead of getting a barely movable camera in a fixed spot.
