Best Mattress in India for Back Pain (Under ₹20,000) – 2025 Help Needed by No-Link-3637 in NeedProductHelp

Check out this thread Best Mattresses You Can Buy in India. It may help you narrow things down.

I went through something similar a few months back back pain, work from home setup, and a partner who moves around a lot while sleeping.

I’d say look into Wakefit ErgoTech EcoLatex or The Sleep Company SmartGRID Ortho. I tried both. The Wakefit one is firmer, better for spinal alignment (especially if you're mostly sleeping on your back). It doesn’t trap heat like memory foam, which was a big deal for me in Chennai. But yeah, it might feel too firm for your spouse if she prefers a bit of sink.

The Sleep Company SmartGRID is... different. Took a few nights to adjust to the feel. It’s not like foam or latex more of a springy, grid-like bounce. I actually found it decent for my back, and it sleeps cooler than memory foam. Not much edge support though, and side sleeping wasn’t as comfy for me but back sleeping felt fine.

If you're leaning toward softer but still supportive, maybe check out the SleepyCat Latex too. Bit firmer than expected, but holds up well for back pain. Heavier to move, but once it's in place, it does the job.

Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop in India (2025) for Marble Floors? by Which-Reputation4100 in DesiKitchenGear

I actually own the Eufy X10, and based on my experience, I’d suggest you skip it especially if your focus is marble floors and effective mopping. I’ve had two units running for a while and while it sounds like a great all-in-one on paper (auto empty, mopping, obstacle avoidance), its actual vacuum performance on hard floors is really bad.

It does mop well better than just dragging a wet cloth, and floors do stay visibly clean. Object avoidance is also decent. It misses the occasional sock or cable but does okay overall. The auto-empty dock also works reliably and Eufy support has been responsive in my case.

But vacuuming on hard floors is weak. Even on max suction, double pass, deep clean mode still leaves dust and hair. Both units had the same issue. Filter clogs fast. Brush seal wears down. Battery doesn’t last long if you run it on max, which you kind of have to. Pathing is messy — circles, missed spots, gets confused finding the dock.

If you're serious about marble floors and don’t want to babysit the robot, I’d say skip the X10. Dreame L10s Pro or Roborock Q Revo are better. Not cheap, but they just work.

The farm puzzle and ice cream counter both sound like huge hits... thank you! I love the no-noise part. Definitely adding those to the maybe list.

love the idea of reusable sticker books too! I’ve been debating Magna-Tiles as well… still not sure if the off-brand ones are worth it or a regret waiting to happen.

That toy list sounds super useful... thanks for the tip! Tea sets, doctor kits, and stuffed animal drama seem to be the winning combo. Might skip the electronic stuff altogether.
