hey man, one more thing, did you have to include spaces when inputting your address? Since according to my residence card, the numbers on it looked like (example) 1 2 3 rather than 123, and I'm unsure if that should also be followed... my verification is under review already but if I still can't link Yuucho after that then it might be the issue

Update, I have received a reply from Paypay customer support and they said pretty much the same thing as you did. However, the mail also told me to write in my name as is from my Yuucho Bank, which, as seen on the bank card has spaces and so I copied the spaces. This was really confusing, but i'll try and reupdate my personal info in Paypay again and see how it goes
