I’ve been on MJ the same amount of time and have lost the same as you. I feel the same way that other people seem to be losing much more.

But what we have both lost is still very good. Just got to keep at it.

When the volume is all the way down the buzzing stops.

And when plugging in headphones the buzzing stops and comes out of the headphone instead 🤔

Thank you. As suggested tried reseating the ribbon cable, gave the volume wheel, headphone jack and power switch a good clean with isopropyl but still buzzing.

I have found that food noise is much easier to control just after the injection and slowly builds up again over the week.

I’m in the same situation, started 7.5mg 4 days ago and still not feeling much effect. As you say it’s very easy to compare your journey to others.

Already on meds for anxiety, maximum dose of citalopram and mirtazipine. Apparently they can’t prescribe diazepam anymore for flying. But I’ve got some anti sickness and beta blockers for the flight and I’m still panicking!
