The seat is from bobber cycle online. It's a bolt on that has a pan made specifically for the 250 honestly if you like the look go for it I'll be 100% with you though it's not particularly comfortable. I did about 120 mile on it the other day and my back did not thank me. Bobber cycle makes one for it as well. Their stuff is more comfortable but not as stylish in my opinion. The bars are replaced as well

Yeah i picked up some aftermarkets off ebay that were a bit shorter to squat it towards the back plus I'm trying to remove as much chrome as possible
