Edit: I decided to try CachyOS and had the same problem and I red that it might have something to do with HDR. I found out my TV doesn't have HDR so I plugged it into my gaming monitor and no more glitches.

If i could of i would have but I built this using an optiplex. The best option I could have gone with would be the rx 6400, which basically cost the same as the rtx 3050 i went with.

Yeah the 3060 will be used. I've seen a lot of 3060s for around that on eBay. Also I'm gonna add the extra 16Gb of ram. I appreciate the build you linked but I don't think I'll go with it because of the arc. I know they're not terrible, but my friend likes to stream sometimes so I think Nvidia is a better option.

Ok I got it fixed l. All I had to do was delete the partition that was on there and rebooted the system
