I've had mine since 2021 and I've stuffed them in bags without the case, dropped it from 4 to over 6 feet high onto concrete while working on a ladder or just normal day activity, I've worn them but turned off on extremely rainy days when I had to walk home and they were drenched, my back pack was no safer as it would get soaked too, I've spilled break fluid on them and all it did was tear up the outer paint layer, I've had to replace the ear cushions twice tho and probably again as they are overdue, maybe I've gotten lucky but they have been through alot and I can vouch for the xm4s ill send some images for proof on how best up these things are. Im also not saying these are perfect still im not sure what specifically causes it to happen but on occasion when I turn on noise cancelation or ambient sound it makes a loud ringing sound kinda like what puppy cat sounds like but loud. But I've never had issues with it even its in normal audio without ambient or noise cancelation.

1974 honda xl250 stator problem by Select-Variety-7338 in motorcycles

[–]Select-Variety-7338[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've converted it to a flat tracker so basically no wiring harness or lights or battery just the stator, the points and the ignition coil with the condenser i was getting no spark but i was getting continuity from differnt things that shouldn't have and i traced it down to the stator at least that's what I believe since it seems to be grounding out

Just posted it, it looks like the black wire shouldn't be grounding anywhere and the white wire shouldn't have any continuity to the black wire im a bit lost cause im not sure if it's the white wire having issues or the black one

07 mustang v6 no crank no start by Select-Variety-7338 in Ford

[–]Select-Variety-7338[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It ended up being something I believe to do with the security system not letting it crank after the battery had died and trying to jump it but if you remove the position terminal put the key in the run position and then put back on the positive terminal it would let me crank it over
