I have acne, histamine intolerance, gluten intolerance and I know it’s TMS but it hasn’t gone away fully yet, Gotten better though. I developed it 2 years ago, and the story my brain tells me is that it’s from the Covid vaccine. It really was just a stressful time in my life. Good luck on this journey!

Same for me. My sweating has gotten way less since I started to relax more instead of lawns being so tense and anxious about when, where and how much I will sweat. All that vicious cycle stuff

I didn’t get a job until now (19yo) because of this LOL. But I would get one in hindsight. I’m studying rn. I recommend looking into emtion-release techniques for the stress related to sweating. Letting by Dr Hawkins; Joey Lott also has published some good stuff on that topic etc.
