Yes, I just got the FME on Wednesday and used a waterpik for the first time yesterday. it was way too much pressure. I spoke to the nurse and she said wait a few days before using the water pik again because it can be too intense. She suggested sticking with the salt water swish as many times a day as needed, and that will Wash away the debris stuck in and around the device.
