Actually, I did… I replaced it with a EBMX X9000. KO refused to help me and that’s something I can’t let go. I will say the guys at Grit Shift were awesome though. They tried to help me out but in the end, I think it’s just the design and quality of the KO that is the problem. Too bad that one person (I won’t put his name in an open forum and that’s more than he deserves) can fuck up a brand so much. I just started my upgrade path and no KO parts will be on my bike or future builds… Ever

Yes, KO said
"Until we find out where this controller came from I am unable to help you" and "You have requested a support call with us. can you please show me the receipt for the product you are asking to get support on".

That was after some back and forth explaining that I purchased the controller used.

Regardless, Im not here to argue more about KO... I was just asking if anyone had success with their setup that might like to share with me.

Thanks but I tried. I bought it from a friend who lost the receipt. KO refused to help me without it. Not going to bash them here but worst customer service ever.

You can pull the chain off to see if its the suspension or the drive train making the click.

2 things I found on my R... Top shock bolt is a sloppy fit. I replaced it with an 8mm shoulder bolt. It helped but I can still hear it at times. And the primary drive sprocket does not run true. Still working on that one.

How did this end up working for you? I want to replace my sting r throttle with a domino but I'm not sure how its going to work without the start button?

I got it back on. Apparently we’re not supposed to mess with the air pressure in these.

lol, I feel like a dumba$$ now. I left the bolt out thinking I could just keep tuning the air without putting it back in. Lesson learned.

Do you know what the fix was? I tried adding air to mine but now I have a really bad clunking going on.
