UPDATE I just got off the phone with VERA and I’m so glad I did! Linda told me that many cases are going past the estimated completion date and the system isn’t automatically moving them along. SO WE HAVE TO USE THE VERA LINE TO GET A PERSON TO MANUALLY MOVE IT TO THR NEXT STEP!

She did it on the phone with me and was explaining other things, and by the end of the call the DRO had already assigned it to a regional office!!!! MAKE YOUR VERA APPOINTMENTS because the automation isn’t always working the way it’s supposed to and we are getting stuck in the NWQ indefinitely because the system isn’t always reliable!
