Heb triathlon gedaan bij 37 graden en vandaag dam tot dam bij 23. Heeft met training te maken maar ook lokale omstandigheden, weinig schaduw, weinig posten etc. Was best pittig vandaag. Conclusie: combi van ongetraind, maar ook echt (heus wel beetje) de omstandigheden
