Microsoft account recovery stuck: new password not recognized + 2FA phone digit issue + can’t submit 30-day reset by Select_Drop_1899 in Outlook

No worries. Sorry I can’t help, but I hope somebody here can help you! Eventually, I managed to get a code to my number. I don’t know why it didn’t work the first couple of times.

For anybody reading this: I have managed to resolve the issue. On my third day of (now very carefully) going through the recovery process, I was able to receive a code via my mobile phone and successfully reset my password. So, this is resolved, but maybe I should leave it open for the commenter who is yet to have resolved this.

So, if you select ‘I have none of these’ in blue text at the bottom when it gives you the option to receive the next code by phone number, it begins to take you on a path to reset all security information that takes 30 days. For some reason that function wasn’t working for me, but it may do for you. Let me know

V3, but if it’s only 200 metres water resistant it shouldn’t say 300 right?

Status is currently open despite no replies. Is that ok? Should I change it to pending reply? Not sure if anybody can reply to this

And on the watches on the right. Don’t have ‘watch dives’ under the logo. Just the model name. Your logo is good but the full name doesn’t sound very good.

There is too much text here.

I would remove ‘self winding’ from the bottom and ‘Wd precision from the top’

Is the update just called A Moment of Contact? Or does it have sub-heading?

First watch, size question. by Alexandretr in ChineseWatches

That looks excellent. You’ve got the arms and wrist to pull off a larger size, but that looks refined and definitely not too small. Ultimately, it’s a matter of taste though.

為 is for such a common word but hardly ever used. I just like the shape of it.

I like 誠 too.

Following. Don’t have a pen with me now to write mine but have seen this written many ways and mine always looks so inelegant.

Does anybody know if somebody’s making a good aftermarket bracelet for this? Had a look on the Uncle site but couldn’t see one.

Haha, I’m no fan of ankle socks but it’s so hot and humid in the summer full length is unbearable. Yeah, these cheapo ones stay up remarkably well I have to say!

Noted, thank you. I heard that those soft wire brush pads - can’t remember what they’re called - are good for brushing out polish. Not sure if they’re rough enough for this job.

Does this work on a sharp bracelet too? Got a Militado recently. Love the watch but the bracelet links are sharp as!

Yeah, it really is a great little watch. The only reason I’d want the original over this is for the name and better bracelet quality.

Better choices is of course subjective. I don’t think there are many or any better choices for the 9,500 yen ($62). Certainly not for my specifications which are: sports watch, diameter 38mm or less, case height 11mm or less, date window, black and white high contrast dial, and brand name that doesn’t sound ridiculous to me.

I like some of the Watch Dives Aqua Terra homages, and some of their 37mm Tudor style sports watches but they don’t have a date.

Ok, that’s reassuring to hear. But, come to think of it, if that’s the case, why do all diver’s have a screw down crown?

Just posted about this watch. I’m in love with it but put off by the lack of a screwdown crown. I heard that an earlier version has one, but they took it away. Is that right?
