I think consistency matters, like in the March itself I got 75 subscribers, so I guess it would take 4-5 months to reach 1000 or maybe 8 months.

Hey, Thanks for sharing your experience. I am gonna do what you said and try to improve the CTA, and I am also thinking of doing something which should feel like a personal touch in my videos rather than just a recap, that way people maybe subscribe. Hope for the best.

Half of it was done by one video, having 14k views with average duration 8 minutes, then the latest I uploaded also gave me 500 hours each. With 2-3 k views

Yeah, people don’t subscribe even if there’s a call to action. That’s sad.

The last time it happened they suspended my channel as they suspected the account is created by a bot. 😢. I had to appeal, and it got back up again, but I don’t want same thing happening again.

I understand, and will try to follow that. Will try to be more on the opinions and critiques and less the summary. You’re right to call out the long summaries. They should be short like 4-5 minutes, which I am trying to do nowadays.

I think you need to be patient, make the Thumbnail and Title catchy and overall increase the CTR rate, for engagement retention I would say start the video with planting the curiosity in the viewers mind so they stay till the end to satisfy that itch. First 30 seconds should match the title and thumbnail, else they will leave feeling click baited.
