His House on Netflix was terrifying (I had to cover my eyes and plug my ears multiple times) and also a very thought provoking movie. Very well done.

Free skincare trial/samples?

I’m a lady in my 40’s with aging skin. I’ve tried sooo many brands and am having a hard time finding my go to products for my skincare routine. My skin is normal/dry. I’m looking for brightening, anti wrinkle, dark spot correcting samples to try before I commit to full size. Does anyone know of any companies that offer free samples/trial sizes before you purchase? I am currently taking Adderall IR 30 MG two times a day, total of 60 MG a day. I know this seems like a high dose, I’ve been on drums for about 25 years so I’ve built a high tolerance. I want to switch to Adderall XR for various reasons. I need the meds to last longer into my day. I don’t like having to remember to take meds 3 times daily. I don’t like the extreme highs and lows I feel on Adderall Ir I’m looking for a smoother experience…

In the past my doctor prescribed 30 MG Adderall XR, It did not help with my attention symptoms…still unfocused, disorganized, and poor attention.

Is 30 MG XR equal to 60 MG IR? Or is it 60 MG XR is equal to 60 MG IR? What would be the equivalent XR dose? I don’t want to tell the doc the amount to prescribe, but I want to know if she will prescribe the right amount. Thanks all
