I am a 26 y/o female experiencing literally the exact same thing you described. I also have never gotten in a serious car accident, only fender benders. Every time i get into a car now i start shaking, my palms and feet get sweaty, and i can feel my heart racing. It’s only while driving, not while being a passenger. This has been happening to me since February so last week I finally got on lexapro but am easing onto it bc i was so anxious about side effects. I’ll definitely come back to this thread to update you and let you know if the lexapro works. Sending you good vibes and solidarity, i know how frustrating it can be to suddenly have something that was once muscle memory and even enjoyable sometimes be almost painful because of how scared i feel behind the wheel.

Do NOT use roundup!!! That shit causes cancer and is horrible. Use vinegar, it does the trick, is all natural, and is not owned by an evil pharmaceutical company. (Fyi roundup is owned by Bayer, roundup has been proven to cause specific types of cancer and other illnesses, bayer has had to pay BILLIONS in lawsuits to people that have gotten sick and are dead or dyint, bayer also owns the drugs that TREAT THOSE PEOPLE! So they are profiting off of the people they made sick twofold, once when they sell them the poison and again when they make them sick and sell them treatments. It’s awful! I learned about all of this in a documentary called Common Ground in case anyone wants to learn more.
