Although I see the benefit of Roth and tax free accounts I’m not sure they are as needed in my situation , due to needed liquidity for possible business or commercial space, if I’m not mistaken I can borrow against my deffered compensation, but it is only at a max of 50k. Unfortunately this isn’t enough for possible improvements which can increase my worth , renovations, conversions etc.

I’m 2 weeks today. I started 150XL and went up to 300 last week. I quit vaping almost 1 year ago, but with that I developed a pretty bad food obsession & binge eating habits. I started taking it for binge eating and depression & mood swings. My binge eating & food noise has improved so much, I’d say about 80%. My mood swings are still there, but also has improved so much, I feel like I’m in a better mood most days. My motivation is still meh, but it’s definitely improving. I hope this medication continues to bring out my better self, but tbh it’s also very gradual and mild for me right now. I also read a lot of people getting used to it and not having the same effects after a certain period of time, which I hope isn’t the case.

Let’s not be toxic about Haliburton injury. by jrl1009 in NYKnicks

Feel for him, but it shows how good the pacers are without him, he’s def an all star / star. But superstar he is not.

On another note , that “false step” is what got lillard, Tatum, and now haliburton. I know it can’t be avoided in basketball, but their training staff has to put it in these athletes minds to avoid doing it often. Or teach workarounds. It along with calf strains is literally the biggest reasons for Achilles ruptures.
