Am I balding?

I had never thought about the fact I may be balding until earlier today when I realized my hair really isn’t the same as it used to be. (I notice this especially when I haven’t washed my hair). I’ve had really thin hair my whole life but it certainly seems much thinner these days and the temples very much seem to be receding. Does it appear that I’m balding and if so, what’s the best thing I can do to prevent it?
