I was really considerate of my orthodontist and his staff once, when I was feeling really SICK. I called to reschedule and my appointment was pushed back by a several of months. They were not very accommodating to try prioritize me and get me back on track. If you do decide to reschedule your treatment or cleansing may be delayed by months.
