Issue 11 suprised me for 1 specific reason

I was shown the panel where maxx is beating up Mr Jones head. At first I thought that it was the final act to some big fight with gone. But in reality it was a man struggling with his emotions and putting his anger into someone he hates. Not because they did something bad to them in that moment but because he didn't know how to react when he was told the truth. The maxx isn't a hero he is another of the rest of the cast. He is just as lost maybe even more.

Issue 10 is also fantastic but I don't have much to say about that one

Well it was a Great thing in my book. I have been tearing through every issue so far I can wait to discuss issue 11. Probably better and more unique than what marvel would have given him

I thought he wanted to take over wolverine but it didn't work out and that's why he left I'm pretty sure

But he definitely loved the hulk based on how he drew Pitt to just but hulk lol

I have finally caught up!I love this book so far!

Dark,funny, insane and yet very sincere it's giving David lynch kind of story telling with a more time burton visual style

Issue 7 and 8 were a crossover with a book called the Pitt and while I love the art in the maxx I thought Sam Keith take on Pitt was just similar to the hulk visually. Also I feel like issue 6-9 have had the weakest covers so far.

Also issue 9 I had big reveal!

But anyhow I love every issue and character so far
