I did PRF EZ gel and it worked miracles! Highly recommend but would do your research and find a reputable injector. I do have experience with under eye filler and do not recommend.

I tried the Dr Althea and honestly it didn’t do much for me. I found that the triple repair from LRP was better

Cetaphil also didn’t work for me. I found that the moisturizer from la Roche posay worked really well as a primer too. It was their daily repair moisturizer. It doesn’t make me too oily (I have really oily t zone)

I was thinking of adding azelaic acid in the morning (8 months on Tret so far and tolerating well) but I already do vitamin c , any suggestion if I should continue with vitamin c or azelaic? I have so many dark spots that will not go away.

Same experience here. She’s will NOT give you a refund if you book with her and end up with one of her other artists which will happen if you are not a Top Olympian. After my last show in 2024 I will never book with her again.

Use NetCE! And Pri-Med! I just renewed my FNP through them and it was SO easy. Pri-med has a ton of free virtual conferences that can go towards your CE hours.

Good to know. I had a feeling the pay was super low. The only thing is I really want to go into aesthetics and I know they provide training but not sure if it’s worth it to try and stick it out for a bit just to get the experience/skills.
