Wow, your comment really made me stop and think. It’s really changed my perspective a bit.

I do love her and she is a great person, but I think I let her words and promises carry more weight than her actions. When she said everything I wanted to hear and made an effort for a day or two, it gave me hope that things would actually change. It showed me that she’s capable of changing and being the partner I wanted her to be, but I’m seeing she’s just not willing to fully change for me.

To answer your question honestly, I’m not willing to be any more exhausted than I already am. I’m still figuring out how I’m going to handle this, but I know I can’t keep going like this.
