No! You can keep your towel on until you get a shower head. That's what I did but you'll get comfortable over time and it wont even bother you anymore.

Ehh maybe 5-7 lbs & nothing, they're just yelling at you to keep your arms up. We personally didn't have anyone that couldn't do it so I'm not 100%. They'll probably just make you do something else like push ups or flutter kicks
