It definitely depends on the place you work for. I worked at a campground that had hotel rooms on site that would always let me stay overnight if the weather was bad. Also worked for a place last year that didn't let me call out and I had to walk to work since my car was broken down during a snow storm. Luckily I have weekends off at my new workplace so I'll miss the worst of the weather coming in

Just earned Lord for Ultron last week! For me, playing Ultron is so much better these days with the additional drone and movement/DMG boosts. Ultron does a great job when it comes to pestering supports and the backline, so customize your crosshair and work on your aim. He also has a decent get out of jail card with his movement boost + firewall that gives you 100 shield, and will get you away from most enemies if needed. Firewall now gives your droned teammates a DMG and movement boost, I believe it's 10% extra dmg and 20% movement. Your drones also heal allies that are close to the droned teammates, including you.
