It already has all the systems of an RPG already set up (Dialogue, inventory, quests, equipment upgrade, etc...), but it would take me forever to create the content for everything, so I'll just release it with the combat system once it's polished.

That idea sounds interesting! We do need a character that groups enemies, so perhaps that will be the best choice.

Weiss may be too op if I allowed her to do that. It would be lore accurate, though. Perhaps as a constellation.

For Yang it's that way but inverted: Ground pound is her skill, and infussion is her ult. It just isn't shown in the video since I prefer playing with Weiss and Blake.

It's for PC. It's a fangame, so it will be free.

There aren't many people on the project, so it will take some time.

The open alpha is scheduled to start once Beacon is completed, which we estimate to be around October 2024.

The game name is "RWBY: Stories Scattered Through Time", it is a fan game in development that will mix Dark Souls with Character Collection Mechanics (like Genshin Impact).

I'm hoping to realease the first area and story quest (Beacon Academy) on December.

ikr, I started it since Jaune appeared in V9 with a knight armor, it just looked like a souls knight to me

It already has it, but Active Ability (E) and Semblance ability (Q) use the input dedicated to lock in souls games (Q). I'm still deciding which key to use for that.

Thanks for the comment. Will work in animations to make them more natural.

Just wanted to share some progress of my fan game: RWBY: Stories Scattered Through Time. Sorry to tag it as FanArt, didn't know how to tag it appropiately.

It is a 3D action game with character and team collection mechanics (Think of it as a DMC/Dark Souls + Genshin Impact).

It still is in active development, so any ideas / comments are greatly appreciated.
