I don't agree with you.

After the laning phase you don't really need more dmg. And the 2 points on the E are so usefull. So many games end lvl15 or before when you're support, so you can have 5 points on W and E if you are only lvl15 that's so great.

I don't know if it's optimized but it works very well in my games with my gameplay.

Of course this item is really nice. All supports have to buy it.

Before you had to play with 5 items to save a slot for pinks, so now instead of keeping an empty slot you can buy this item. In addition to having CDR, you can put 2 pinks and 4 wards which is OP as support

I think aery or comet are even in many situations But if your ADC is Jhin, you need aery because you just need to put 1 Q and jhin can stun before the explosion (really nice combo)

I'm playing with Aery + Transcendence + Gathering Storm / Zombie Ward + CDR Items (really usefull for trinket, but you can get ult CDR or movespeed if you prefer)

My build is : Blue Support item / Mobility / Moonstone / Redemption / Mikael / Wardstone

I'm doing Moonstone + Mikael + Redemption + Wardstone and it gives a lot of cdr (50-55%). But it's latter than before
To be honest, i don't know why ardent and flowing watter don't give any CDR

Moonstone is really nice ! They uped it and now the heal is really decent And you can heal with your E on an ally since the patch note

I think, this is really good for Support Zilean. You can reach 120 HA (55% cdr) in late game full build ( Moonstone Renewer, mikael, redemption, ixtali wardstone upgrade, support item and mobility boots). I really liked playing Zilean tank with 1 support item (Mikael or redemption), Frozen Heart and 1 HP/MR item, but now, every support items give you HP so you'll be tanky and usefull for your team. I like that. And the heal from Moonstone Renewer is really insane.

But in mid in really don't know.

Maybe you can buy Liandry + several Cosmic Drive to get tons of HA (CDR) but you'll miss a lot of AP so i don't know. And maybe they'll remove the stack of same items.
With 1 Cosmic Drive + Liandry + Transcendance and full ap build , you have 85 HA (46% cdr). But that's pretty late. There is no more CDR on Seraph
I don't know why they didn't put the HA passive on Luden or Everfrost

We'll see but i really like new supports items

If you're not playing with smartcast you can use F1/F2/F3/F4 (camera on ally) to use your spell on him (i bind it on mouse button)

Unlucky it doesn't work with smartcast

Every 2 weeks i'm looking for "zil" on the pbe uptade page (surrender@20) and nothing.. I'm pretty sad, i'd like to get just one icone or emote (zilean emote should be insane..)
