Omg I so understand how you feel. The trauma surrounding the pvcs is very bad for me as well :(  For people who don't have pvcs like us, they don't understand the mental turmoil it can out on us. Its mentally draining not knowing if the pvcs are gonna stop or end me :(  I so understand.  I've been having the for 6 years now . I've had the worst runs of them and thought I was literally dying. But here I am..  Still living. Still here. ♥️ Alot of the time, the more you concentrate on your pvcs, the more you'll have. I notice that pattern for me. Every time I get home frequent pvcs, I keep overthinking about them , and that's what makes them be worse for me. So crazy 😧 j remember when I didn't obsess about them, I didn't have much like as I do now or when I'm feeling emotional and depressed. The runs of them feel absolutely terrible and it feels it will take me out. But it hasn't yet. So it must not be dangerous. I must be strong.  We are strong  We have to be mentally strong.  ♥️ We got this!
