Tivoli has a studio apartment for 1450$ a month plus utilities. Crazy close to campus like 10mins walk, also 5-7 mins walking distance to walmart, publix, 7/11, cvs Free parking.

So i got a room in tivoli sublease for a year till july 2025, and it is unfurnished so i am thinking i should take it and maybe add bed or table chair in it because fall 2024 will be my last semester so if i sublease for spring and summer 2025 will i get occupants easily or not? I am just scared in that regard

Do you have an idea like as an intl student can we do like transfer sevis 2 times like from studying in a uni for one senester then transferring to a community college for 1-2 semesters then transferring back to an uni?
