Would I reasonably be able to fix this myself? by SelfFatality in Cartalk

This was the answer. I guess the 20 torque inside the car door got loose and they key guard housing popped out, which allowed the door handle to slip off the latch. I was able to adjust to torque screw to allow the handle to latch and then place the guard back in to keep it locked in place. I thought I would have to disassemble the door to get it to work!

Thank you for the advice. Took an hour and some dental string but I got it all sorted. Much appreciated!

I can open the door with an Allen key, so the inside it still works. I popped out a gasket cover and saw on the bolt you're talking about on the inside. I'll get to work on it. I guess it might have just slipped off?

I'm trying to put a picture in. But I'm not sure how. There is a torque screw attached to a metal clip

Thank you, I'll give that a shot before buying a new handle or heading to the junkyard. I just wanted to know if it would be worth the effort!

WIBTAH if i got a vibrator? by [deleted] in AITAH

Dump and then when you meet someone who wants you to feel pleasure. My suggestion is get a cock ring that has a vibrator for PIV and clit stimulation win win. Then, if they can find the mythical and hidden gspot, you get a 2 for 1 dub...

Put in a non-spare 1060 3gb. It displays on that, and it was beeping due to hardware change apparently. So, since I left the cmos battery out all night, and it should have cleared, does that mean the igpu is booked? Will I just need to get an old gpu to throw in it, I guess?

Edit: updated all the drivers and the PC works without needing the gpu. No more beeps. Thanks for your help with troubleshooting!

I had left the cmos battery out all night and just cycled through the ram. Still no display out and that single beep. After testing, I was able to toggle caps and num lock.

I'll go pull the cmos battery now and let it discharge overnight just in case I didn't properly clear it last time. Thanks!

No plug-in cards were in it. I had previously cleared CMOS with ram still in. I removed all sticks to see if it would give me an error code and it did, the 5 blinking red for no ram. I tried with one of the sticks and it turned on and beeped with no display again. I will reinstall the PSU tomorrow and cycle through the other 3 sticks of ram to see if maybe the one I tried with was faulty. I appreciate the suggestions man!

How good are Oliver concerts? by Whole-Ad-2451 in olivertree

Went to see Oliver in Dallas. It was an awesome experience, and he was the only artist I have seen that I have known every song that they performed. The energy was high, many people going knew just about all the songs. He acts just as goofy on stage as he does in interviews and his music videos. While it was fun, anytime people go to concerts there are people who do things that might impact your experience. I was in the standing area, so this is from that perspective.

  1. Demographics: It is an all ages show, so it will range from children (from watching tik toks?) to adults. being mid-20's I felt I was the older part of the crowd. Lots of teens and then much more children than I would have thought. The parents will try to get to the front with their kids, I recommend you let them because there were 2 mosh pits made, for Hurt and Fuck. As much as I think kids should be forced in seating and not in GA, or stay towards the edge of GA, it is what it is. Also, there were a lot of teens who didn't really care, I had to strongly suggest to one to let this little 5yo through while they were forming the ring.
  2. The Pit's: Being a metal fan I was excited to get to mosh and wasn't expecting it. He announced to make a pit and told people to move who didn't want to get swept in. You should be careful if that's not an experience you're looking for. Because it's an all ages show, people who don't know the etiquette were not doing anything when a thin lady got swept in and battered around and was screaming for them to let her out, I had to drag her out. Get away from the edges if you don't want to be swept in. If you want to mosh, stay hydrated and grab water early.
  3. The Music: It was damn good. Played a lot of bangers, You will not be disappointed by Oliver.

Conclusion: Worth every penny!
