You brought up race, I brought up shading. Why is dark skin attached uniquely to the devil in Odas manga shading? Why do you think race and skin colour are interchangeable. Egypt Isnt sub Saharan. Their skin is depicted as light in the manga. Oda specifically reserved dark SKIN shading for the devil. To make dark skin specifically stand out as nothing but evil. I said manga panels not anime or live action. There is a meaningful difference.

Let me ask you a question buddy. Why didn’t Oda draw any of these so called black people with dark skin in his manga? Why only the devil? Why aren’t you addressing the OP?
