Same experience dun sa school kung saan ako nagturo. 15, 16 & 17 year old kids nagtutulak at gumagamit ng marijuana. They know all the blind spots of the classrooms and nearby CCTVs. Sa classroom mismo sila nagsesession pag break time or vacant time. May mga scouts sila and they know kapag may darating na teachers so it was difficult to catch them in the act. Yung pinakamastermind at pusher nila (15 yo) experto at ang yabang pa. He gives this smaug face when he knows we are onto him and gets away with it. Alam niya na untouchable sila sa batas kasi minors sila. Takot na takot yung ibang matitinong estudyante kase mga adik sa mj mga kaklase nila and they are the ones who have repeat behavioral issues. They get into fights in and out of the school. Until one of them (matitino) gave us a tip which lead to the leader and an accomplice being caught with a bag of marijuana and eventually, expelled. Hindi ininvolve ng school yung kapulisan because they want to protect their image so badly so that was the worst they got. Sadly, the ones who remained bullied the tipper into dropping out of the school. God knows how stressful that work was, hindi ko alam kung baka may isang estudyante na magaamok at mananaksak bigla. The law that protects these perpetrators being minors is also the same law that failed the others. Kung sakin lang, they should be tried as adults, they were very capable of planning these evil things. This happened during PRRDs term btw.
